No, since the area and site varies, we do not employ a full time maison for our customer. And also it always works out cheaper for our customer to employ a local maison. however we provide transport and handling facilities to the customer depending on the quantity.

We manufacture our interlocks in 4 thickness
a.30mm or ultra light duty (availabile only for designs VP-202 AND VP-205)
b.45mm being normal duty
c.60mm light duty pavers
d.80mm heavy duty paver (available only for design VP-202)
Application
Interlocks can be used over any earth which already have the minimum level of compaction
the following details the load bearing capacity with respect to each thickness
a. 30mm: 3-4MT. Ideal for areas with no vehicle movements. Suitable cost affective alternative to concreting
b. 45mm: 15-20MT load bearing capacity. Ideal for houses/buldings with LMV movement
c. 60mm: 25MT-30MT load bearing capacity. ideal for places with regular medium heavy vehicle movement like roads, godowns and mandatory for Govt buildings
d. 80mm: >40MT load bearing capacity. Ideal for places with regular heavy vehicular movement or have to withstand heavy pressure like petrol pumps and roads.

- How do we know the quantity of interlock?
Dont worry, we can sent our expert to your site with physical samples, picturers and measure the area and give you the best rate. And yes, its free. just full our the inquiry form
- On what surface the interlocks are laid?
interlocks are laid on 6mm jelly(baby jelly) or dust or sand which-ever is cheaply available. 6mm being preferred. For laying 1000 sqft, 200 CFT 6mm or crusher dust or sand is required
- does the company provide this material?
No, why because since our company is based in hunsur and Customer is able to source this material from a crusher locally and it will work out cheaper. We are passing that benefit irectly to the customer. Moreover we will be only using this material in adequate quantity. nothing more (which will be cheating the customer) nothing less (which will result in shady work)
- what other things should the customer provide?
After the work completion we will be putting cut pieces throughout the border and the gap between the wall and the interlock should be filled with cement. Which, is the work of an expert maison. Which should be done by the customer.
- What if any sinkages or gaps or brekages happen after laying?
Dont worry , eventhough sinkages appear because of the nature of the land, we guarantee to provide rectification services in a time bound manner, all FREE of cost to the customer. Just fill in the service the service request form.
- will the color go away?
absolutely not! The beyferrox pign=ments which gives color to our interlocks are mixed into white cement. Other than the natural fading which happens, the color is everlasting.
Beware of un-naturally colored brightly colored interlocs. They usually last for about 4 months.

no, a trench needs to be dug at the right level of the kerb and it needs to be fixed with cement, which, our laying person is unfamiliar with.
